Week 2 TE Recap

Delanie Walker was targeted 14 times Sunday against the Cowboys. He recorded 10 receptions for 142 yards and 1 touchdown. He also scored a touchdown against the Chiefs in week one. Delanie is one of those guys that is better in real life than in fantasy… the anti Matthew Stafford. You are going to get some of those 3 reception, 37 yard games like in week one. The touchdowns are hard to project but Delanie did score 6 touchdowns last year in 15 games. He has 8 total touchdowns in 17 games with the Titans… not bad. He is available in 25-30% of fantasy leagues. Delanie is a hit or miss low end TE1.

Larry Donnell is one of the few players on the Giants that is bringing it. Donnell caught 7 balls on 9 targets for 81 yards today against the Cardinals. Through two games he has 12 receptions, 17 targets, 137 yards and 1 touchdown. He leads the Giants in receptions, targets and receiving yards. The New York ground game has been absolute trash for the first two games so it appears that the Giants will be passing a ton this year. Donnell is available in 65-99% of fantasy leagues.
